Transportation of blood and organs, necessary for life saving procedures would be impossible without the correct operations; logistics ensures essential timely delivery of these crucial life changing items.

What’s the job?

In partnership with the sales team, you will project manage measurable marketing initiatives across a variety of platforms, including: online & offline marketing communications, events, PR and general marketing communications. You will be responsible for the creation and execution of marketing campaigns in line with Alltruck’s vision and sales strategy in order to communicate with customers consistently and with the most relevant information. This is an exciting time for Alltruck’s sales and marketing function and you will be instrumental in the growth and success of the business moving forward.

What can I expect to do?

• Generating quality leads, measuring and reporting on their journey through the sales & marketing cycle/pipeline and customer journey

• Measuring and reviewing the return on investment for all marketing activity and spend through the sales cycle and customer journey

• Build and maintain the Alltruck employer brand

• Develop & implement the Marketing Plan in line with Alltruck’s business strategy and goals to deliver acquisition of new accounts (50%), and retention of existing business and increasing opportunities within existing accounts (50%)

• Create clear brand messages and USPs that are delivered across all marketing campaigns

• Line management of Digital Marketing Executive
