What makes our programme different?
The Discovery OPEN program develops delegates through experiential interventions, exploring behaviours using our experience and long-standing expertise in the graduate market.
The experiential modules (as opposed to classroom-based learning) enable your delegates to experience ‘learning in action’. They are designed to be challenging, exciting, memorable and results-driven, to push the graduates from the start of their career; people remember the emotional experiences.
Working in groups, delegates gain awareness and insight into behaviours and the impact of behaviour on others, and group and individual reflection produces even deeper insight.
