Early Career OPEN Programme Details

What is the programme?

The Early Career OPEN Programme is designed to provide high-potential, future leaders with the skills, knowledge and behaviours that will stretch them to reach their full potential.

Key areas this programme covers are:

• Organisational Performance – delivering results

• Interpersonal Excellence – managing people and developing relationships

• Personal Effectiveness – managing self

• Behavioural Impact – the perceptions and effects of behaviour

Who is the programme suitable for?

The Early Career OPEN Programme is perfect for your high-potential talent who are relatively early in their careers. The purpose of the programme is to provide them with the skills, knowledge and behaviours to flourish in your business and throughout their career with you. It is particularly beneficial for those who are taking their first steps into managerial roles or are likely to in the future.

The programme doesn’t focus on any particular discipline or industry, so it’s suitable for anyone in your business – whether you’re looking to develop your STEM employees’ soft skills or fast-track your sales & commercial employees’ commercial acumen & business knowledge.

We also welcome people with different levels of experience onto the programme; we’ve had fresh graduates alongside those who have 4/5 years’ experience.

Having delegates from different industries with different experiences in the working world allows delegates to learn from one another and how different businesses function to their own.

This programme can be funded in two different ways. The first option is that any business can privately fund the programme. The journey to your future leaders starts today…

Tailored training

No two people are the same; allow your employees to explore & improve their own, unique development areas.

Blended learning

Just telling people how to step up their performance doesn’t work. Send your employees on a journey of self-discovery.

Peer learning

Our peers, no matter how inexperienced, will have knowledge to share; let your employees learn from other high-potential talent to bring fresh ideas to your business.

Experience specific

Early career & graduate employees don’t have a lot of experience – our programme delivers the foundations your employees need for a successful career.

Business simulations

With inexperience can come mistakes – we all need practice at new things! Give your team a safe environment to practice in, so they get it right back in your business.

Real ROI

Practice makes perfect – your employees will identify an opportunity to deliver cost savings or profit in your business, and will work on the live project to deliver it.

Plus, the programme can be funded in two ways – either privately funded by your business or, if you’re an apprenticeship levy payer, using your levy!

Are you ready to improve your workforce?

Client Testimonial

Don’t take our word for it – here’s what our clients say:

As a company we are committed to developing graduate talent; however, like many other businesses, because of our size we are unable to offer a dedicated in-house graduate training programme. The OPEN Programme has been a fantastic solution for us – shortly after one of our team completed it, we could already see how it was benefiting both the graduate and the organisation in general. So much so that we signed up our latest graduate for the next programme.
