• Feasibility Studies

THE INDIVIDUAL:

Academically, we are looking for CCC (or higher) at A-level and a 2:2 degree (or higher) from an engineering-related discipline such as Mechanical, Manufacturing, Production or Chemical Engineering (obtained within the last 3 years). You will have strong communication skills both verbal and written. You will also be:

• A strong communicator
• Process driven
• A logical and precise thinker
• Adaptable
• Mature
• Willing to learn and improve
• In possession of a full, valid UK driving licence
• Able to start in June/July

SALARY AND BENEFITS:

• £20,000 – £25,000 salary (depending on experience)
• 25 days bank holiday (plus bank holidays)

TRAINING:

We provide an exciting, hands-on training experience to sit alongside your role. You will be enrolled on the Discovery development programme, The OPEN Programme, which supports you in your transition from academia to working life. In addition to active learning experiences and sustained support for the entire 18-month programme, you will achieve a Level 3 qualification from the ILM upon completion.

Furthermore, you will get exposure and support from the Managing Director, as well as protected time once a month with the CEO to support your development on the Graduate programme.
