Discovery’s Final Stage Assessment Centre is where your key stakeholders have the opportunity to observe and assess candidates for the roles; only the most suitable candidates will attend this stage having successfully demonstrated many or all of the attributes and behaviours you require.

We build the centre specifically to best demonstrate the capabilities of candidates by seeing them in action. This can include a number of different experiential individual and group tasks such as analysis & presentation or research tasks, business simulations and interviews all designed to draw out the attributes identified through the benchmarking and exploration stages.

Step 4: Making offers and providing feedback
