About our programmes

If running your own development programmes, simply isn’t an option for your business; we deliver career-defining development programmes, that allow a range of companies to enrol delegates on the same cohort, at the same time.

We adopt a learner-centric approach, so that our programmes, whilst aligned to apprenticeship standards, are more than just a checkbox exercise. Individuals are encouraged to reflect on their learning and embed it back into the business to achieve long-term, sustainable behavioural change.

From their initial induction day, right through to the end of the qualification, our certified coaches support learners through methods including 121 coaching sessions . Also, to ensure that the learner is getting the right support throughout the entirety of their learning journey, there are regular facilitated discussions involving the Discovery coach, the delegate and their line manager.

This approach to development provides an engaging learning experience , that encourages delegates to stretch themselves and learn, alongside peers in similar stages of their career.
